INTRODUCTION

The huts are built on a farm in rural Herefordshire very near the Worcestershire border.

Each one is individually built using traditional materials and craftsmanship.

AUTHENTICITY

Shepherds Huts date right back to the Victorian era and my huts are faithful replicas of the original designs.

To be authentic, Shepherds' Huts should have cast iron wheels of the correct proportions with a pivoting front axle. These should be outside the main body shell, which should be clad in corrugated steel.

DESIGN

My huts have:

Rigid box Steel chassis painted black

Bespoke cast iron wheels

Fully insulated double skin floor, finished in engineered oak

Timber clad insulated walls and ceiling

Double glazed opening windows and door

Breathable waterproof membrane all round to prevent condensation

Lights and sockets included with external hook up point

Sawn oak steps

Fitted with a wood burner

VERSATILITY

The standard body is 4.5 metres long and 2 metres wide.

If built to order, changes can be made to the window and door layout and even a balcony can be incorporated.
